-Can I cancel/modify my order?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it’s placed. Once it’s processed, we’re unable to change or cancel it. However, if you need to return your order, learn more about our return policy!

-How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, it should arrive within 7-10 business days for orders. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to ship. You can track your order here.

-My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. If you have any remaining questions, feel free to contact us!
